
Grand Master Ingrid Ewing is a loving wife, mother, and owner of two locations of Star Taekwondo and Wellness Center, Inc. She is a 7th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo having trained over 31 years, is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Zumba Instructor, Certified LaBlast Instructor, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, has an MBA, speaks three languages, and has traveled to 23 countries. She graduated from Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers with an academic/athletic scholarship in Track & Field to Jacksonville University, FL. She earned her MBA from Mercer University while working as their assistant Cross Country / Track & Field Coach and created a Taekwondo University PE Course and Taekwondo Club program there. Grand Master Ingrid Ewing also medaled numerous times at the Taekwondo National Championships in multiple events such as Olympic Sparring, Forms, and Weapons. She earned 4 National Championship Gold Medals July 2026, including 2 in Forms and 2 in Weapons. She has been a successful coach at the State, Regional, and National levels including taking 10 athletes to Nationals 2026, and ALL returning with at least 1 National medal (31 medals total in July 2026). In the last 8 years, outside of her continued Taekwondo training, coaching, and teaching, she has developed fitness Golf Clinics for multiple golf clubs and has specialized in working with Senior Adults and students battling Parkinson’s Disease.
